Oleh Oleksandrovych Karamushka (Ukrainian: Олег Карамушка; born 30 April 1984 in Kaniv, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union) is a Ukrainian football defender of Belarusian side Dnepr Mogilev.

Karamushka is the product of FC Dnipro Cherkasy youth school system. Before moving to Tavriya, he played for Borysfen Boryspil, FC Metalurh Zaporizhya, and FC Kharkiv, where he scored 3 goals in 68 matches.
While at FC Shakhtar Donetsk, Karamushka went on loan to FC Metalurh Zaporizhya and FC Kharkiv. On 19 August 2008, Karamushka signed a two-year contract with Tavriya Simferopol as a free agent.[1]
Karamushka was a member of the Ukrainian National Youth Teams.
